Reference Checks

Resumes received at Editech undergo an initial screening to determine the degree to which each applicant’s capabilities match our company’s and our clients’ needs. A staff member then contacts applicants to verify details about the applicants’ job requirements and to obtain contact information for three supervisory references. Our company policy requires these references before candidates can be assigned to any client project.

We also engage the services of an outside agency to conduct drug testing when required for specific positions.
